Welcome to the October Biz Lunch!  As always, we strive to find a location that is interesting, relaxed and offers good food and service.  This month is no exception.  The October Biz Lunch is being held at the well-known Brasserie Flo restaurant in the heart of the city.

When I arrived at Brasserie Flo to organise the lunch, I was immediately impressed.  It was tastefully decorated, had sufficient space and the menu looked appealing.   But as an events organizer, I knew this wasn’t enough to guarantee the success of an event.  A meal at even the most expensive restaurant could end disastrously with bad service.  Then Shirley, the Groups Manager, said something that inspired me.   She told me that at Brasserie Flo, everyone – from kitchen staff to waiters and waitresses to managers – work together to provide the best possible experience for their customers.   And this was one of the secrets to their success.

It reminded me of the power of people and how, when individuals come together and share knowledge, experience and ideas, they can create success.  This is the why networking is such a powerful tool and why the Biz Lunch is so important.  It’s about people from all different backgrounds working together to achieve a common goal.

We hope, when you attend this month’s Biz Lunch, you keep this in mind. By sharing ideas and experiences with existing members, reaching out to new members and bringing new people to the event, we can work together to grow as a group and better serve one another in the business community – which, after all, is all about people.

The price of The Business Lunch October 2011 is 35 Euros (all inclusive) and is payable on arrival at the restaurant. Please note that places are limited so do try to reserve as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to attend.

Attendees may reserve places using the bookings form at the end of this page. Please note that you must be logged in as a registered user to do this.

Existing members may simply log in using their username and passwords and new users are encouraged to create a new account to register online and also gain access to the full benefits of our new web site.
